This site does not have a contact form, comment section, newsletter signup, or user accounts. Nothing you type into this site gets submitted anywhere. The only ways to reach out are a direct phone call, a direct email, or the external Google Calendar booking link, each handled outside of this website entirely.
Like most websites, the hosting server automatically logs basic technical information for every visit, such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed. This is standard server activity logging, not used to identify individual visitors, and not shared with third parties for advertising.
If you use the booking link to schedule a consultation, that scheduling interaction is handled directly by Google Calendar and is subject to Google's own privacy policy, not this one.
Information Collected Through Services
Some services involve reviewing real business documents that you choose to share directly, for example:
- A merchant processing billing statement, for the Merchant Processing Savings service.
- A wireless carrier bill or account details, for the Reducing Wireless Expenses service.
- Network, system, or account information relevant to an IT consulting engagement.
This information is only ever collected because you've chosen to share it in order to receive a specific service, never through this website's forms, since none exist. It typically arrives by email, phone, or another channel you and Paul agree on directly.
How Information Is Used
Information you share is used solely to deliver the service you've requested: reviewing a statement to identify savings, auditing wireless usage, negotiating rates on your behalf, or completing the IT or network work you've engaged for. It is not used to send marketing emails or added to any list, since no such list exists.
How Information Is Shared
Your information is not sold. It's shared only as needed to actually deliver the service you engaged, for example, providing your billing statement to your own payment processor or carrier during a rate negotiation on your behalf, or coordinating with OTG Consulting where a service is delivered through that partnership. Information may also be disclosed if required by law.
Data Security
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect any information shared, matched to how sensitive it is. Financial and account documents are handled with particular care. That said, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and sending sensitive documents through a secure channel (rather than plain email, where avoidable) is always the safer choice.
Data Retention
Information is kept only as long as needed to deliver the service you engaged and to meet any legitimate business or legal recordkeeping obligations, then securely deleted or destroyed.

You can reach out at any time to ask what information is on file, request a correction, or request that it be deleted. There's no account or dashboard for this, since none exists, just a direct message using the contact details below.
